ABOUT KATE

Fieldhouse is led by Kate Boerma, a Client Success operator who has spent her career helping teams build and scale through growth and change.

​

Her work spans healthcare systems, health technology companies, and complex organizations operating in resource-constrained environments. Experience gives her a grounded understanding of how client partnerships function in real-world conditions.

​

Kate has built and scaled Customer Success functions from the ground up, designing playbooks, workflows, health scoring, and reporting models that support consistent performance.

​

Her work focuses on how teams operate and translating strategy into day-to-day execution.

​

She believes the most effective organizations are the ones that take the time to create the infrastructure so teams feel supported, clients feel cared for, and growth is intentional rather than reactive.

​

Kate is known for quickly identifying road blocks and building practical, right-sized approaches that teams can execute on.
